Since our establishment in the year 2006, we have been providing Zinc flake Coating service with unrivalled expertise directed, technical input supported by Magni INC, USA

It is a licensed Magni applicator and has a technical support agreement with Magni India Pvt Ltd which is a wholly owned subsidiary of the Detroit based Magni Group in the USA. The corrosion resistant paint products are manufactured by Magni in the US, and raw material imported to India by BarCorr for the application process as per the Magni Group USA technical inputs.

We today offer best in class Magni coating, which paint through Dip and Spin coating machines and liquid spray paint coating solutions.

We have capacity to process 300 metric tons per month in our main plant, and also added to that one more unit having 15 MT having a mixed variety of parts, though predominantly fastener items, The first being a pre-treatment of th surface with zinc phosphate or shot blasting. An in-organic, zinc rich base coat is then applied and cured after which a fin coat of organic, aluminum rich top coat is applied and cured.

At Barcorr quality checking is employed from the early stages to right up to delivery from the checks on incoming parts, to in process checks to the finished batch quality checks.

Testing

As a leader in what we do, Barcorr also has invested heavily on labs and supporting infrastructure. A fully equipped lab at our facility houses leading edge equipment including a salt spray chamber, an NV check oven, volumetric apparatus, and a range of thickness testers. This Lab facility is what helps us continuously check and improve on the quality of our finishes, coats and processes.
